On 1 May, The Windrush Chapter No. 1703 held its Installation meeting at the Witney Masonic Centre where E. Comp. Jasvinder Singh Jugdev was installed as the Most Excellent Zerubbabel, E. Comp. Stephen Hignell ProvGMen as Haggai and E. Comp. Ronald Ashton as Joshua.
The Windrush companions were pleased to receive the Third Grand Principal, E. Comp. Peter Smith PGStB, who on this occasion was escorted by E. Comp. Billy Gilmore ProvDepGDC. During the excellent Festive Board, the Companions expressed their delight that E. Comp. Peter Smith had chosen to be the Provincial Representative at their installation meeting as the meeting of the Supreme Grand Chapter was also held on the same day.
